The recruitment is open to individuals who have completed their Matriculation (10th), Higher Secondary (12th), or Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) or hold any equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. The SSC Selection Post Phase 13 Selection Process 2025 will be conducted purely on the basis of a Computer-Based Test (CBT). There will be three separate Computer-Based Examinations (CBEs), each consisting of multiple-choice questions, categorized according to the minimum educational qualifications required: Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & above. Skill Tests such as Typing, Data Entry, or Computer Proficiency Tests will be conducted only for posts where they are specifically prescribed, and these tests will be qualifying in nature.

The SSC Selection Post Phase 13 Exam 2025 will be conducted in a single stage CBT, customized according to the qualification level of the post (Matriculation, 10+2, or Graduate & above). The key features of the pattern include:

• The paper will consist of 100 objective-type questions, each carrying 2 marks.

• The total duration of the exam will be 60 minutes (for general candidates) and 80 minutes for candidates eligible for scribes.

• There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.

• Questions will be set according to the required educational level of the post applied for.
